I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel, primarily due to the awful customer service I encountered after canceling my reservation. Although the location seemed promising, I ultimately decided not to stay due to the rude messages I received, which left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I can't recommend this place based on how I was treated.

I had a really troubling experience with the management of this hotel even before I stayed there. After I canceled my reservation due to personal reasons, I received some really rude messages from the owner, which completely caught me off guard. Although the hotel looks nice in the pictures, I can't recommend it based on the unprofessional behavior I encountered. It's definitely left me with a negative impression.
